Keep your business details up to date on Elavon Connect
New feature allows you to edit your account details yourself within Elavon Connect.
Keeping your business details up to date is easy in Elavon Connect. Whether bank account, DBA or address changes - you can manage your business details yourself in your Elavon
Connect web dashboard or within the Elavon Connect mobile app.
Click the pencil icon to the right of the location you want to update.
Select the item you would like to update.
Make the needed changes and submit.
Download the Elavon Connect app
Elavon Connect mobile app is available in App Store and Google Play. Download now to track card payments across all your business locations, manage your merchant account and get alerts on urgent payment activity.
Most changes will be reflected on your account within 4 business days. For some changes you may be asked to provide documentation after submitting.
